Where this actually is, in numbers.

Vegas Treehouse sits at 4660 S Decatur Blvd, three tenths of a mile north of Tropicana Avenue. Decatur Boulevard is the documented eastern boundary of Spring Valley, so the store is on the Spring Valley side of the line, with the town of Paradise beginning across the street.

The useful thing about that position is what it is close to without being inside. The Orleans is roughly four tenths of a mile away, the Palms and the Rio sit about a mile northeast on Flamingo, Allegiant Stadium is about 1.7 miles east on the same side of the interstate, and the Bellagio is about two miles east in a straight line. You are minutes from the Strip and not on it, which is the entire argument for shopping here instead of at a resort-adjacent counter.

What the visit is actually like.

Park in the free lot out front, walk in, and show a valid government-issued photo ID at the door before you reach the counter. Age is verified on every adult-use sale in Nevada without exception, so the ID comes out first, every time, for everyone.

Past the door it is a staffed counter rather than a self-serve floor. Tell a budtender what you are after, or what you liked last time, and they will walk you to it. You do not need the vocabulary. If you would rather not have that conversation at all, order ahead on the live menu and the whole visit is a pickup.

Those three service windows close at different times. The counter runs latest, pickup stops half an hour before it, and curbside ends two hours earlier than either.

Getting here without a car.

Decatur Boulevard is served by RTC Transit Route 103, which runs the length of the corridor, so the store is reachable by bus as well as by car. The northbound stop on Decatur after Tropicana is roughly a ten-minute walk from The Orleans, which makes this one of the few off-Strip counters a visitor can reach on foot from a major property.

Rideshare drops directly in the lot out front rather than at a resort rank, so there is no walk through a garage at either end. If you are coming from the Strip, the trip is short enough that the fare is usually less than a night of resort parking, and unlike a resort you are not paying to leave.

Why an off-Strip counter is the better trip.

Las Vegas has one of the densest cannabis retail markets in the country, so the question is rarely whether a dispensary is nearby. It is what the last five minutes of getting to one costs you.

On the Strip that is a parking structure, a walk through a casino floor, and a queue built for volume. Here it is a lot you can see from the street. The store is on Decatur rather than Las Vegas Boulevard, which means ordinary city traffic, ordinary surface streets, and no resort infrastructure between the car and the counter. On an event night at Allegiant Stadium or T-Mobile Arena, that gap widens considerably, because Decatur is on the clean side of the interstate from both.

What it is not: the closest dispensary to everyone. If you are eight miles away in North Las Vegas or thirteen in Henderson, something nearer will serve you better for an ordinary restock, and the area pages say so individually.

Getting here, answered.

Where is Vegas Treehouse located?

Vegas Treehouse is at 4660 S Decatur Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89103, on South Decatur three tenths of a mile north of Tropicana Avenue, on the Spring Valley side of Decatur, a few minutes west of the Strip.

Is there parking?

Yes. There is a free lot directly out front, so you can park and walk in rather than hunting a garage.

What do I need to bring?

Bring a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID showing your photograph and date of birth. Nevada cannabis sales facilities verify age before an adult-use sale.

How far is it from the Strip?

About two miles west of the Bellagio in a straight line. It is an off-Strip neighborhood store rather than a resort location, which is the point: a free lot instead of a parking structure, and no tourist detour.

What are the hours?

The store is open daily 8:00 AM to midnight. Curbside runs daily 8AM to 10PM and is cash only. Order-ahead pickup runs daily 8AM to 11:30PM. Those three windows are different, which catches people out late at night.

Do you take cards, or is it cash only?

Curbside is cash only. For in-store payment, ask at the counter or check the live menu at checkout, since cannabis payment processing changes more often than most retail and we would rather you confirm than assume.

Can I walk in without ordering ahead?

Yes. Walk-ins are welcome the whole time the doors are open. Ordering ahead on the live menu is faster at busy hours and it guarantees the item is actually in stock when you arrive, which browsing in person does not.

Which neighborhood is the store in?

Decatur Boulevard is the documented eastern boundary of Spring Valley, and the store sits on the Spring Valley side of it. Paradise begins across the street. Chinatown runs along Spring Mountain Road about a mile and a half north, so it is a nearby reference point rather than the store's own district.

Is Vegas Treehouse open 24 hours?

No. The store closes at midnight. Several operators in the Las Vegas metro do run 24 hours, so if that is what you need, one of them is the right call and we would rather say so than waste your drive.
