In Nevada, adults 21 and older can buy cannabis from state-licensed dispensaries with a valid government photo ID. You do not need to be a resident, and you do not need a medical card for adult-use products. Everything you buy stays sealed until you are somewhere you can legally consume.

Nevada law limits cannabis use to a private residence with the owner's permission. Public consumption is not allowed, and that includes the Strip, casinos, hotels, bars, parks, and vehicles. How old do you have to be to buy cannabis in Nevada?
You must be 21 or older with a valid government-issued photo ID to buy adult-use cannabis at a licensed Nevada dispensary. A medical card is not required for adult-use products.
How much cannabis can you legally possess in Nevada?
Under NRS 678D, an adult 21 or older may not at any one time possess, deliver or produce more than two and one-half ounces of usable cannabis or one fourth of an ounce of concentrated cannabis.
